TRANSFERS
Premium transfer service from Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport to the congress
hotels shown on the web site and vice versa will be provided for the congress
participants upon request.
The Congress Hotels are located 90 kilometers far away form the İzmir airport
and it takes 90 minutes by car. Please pay attention that no public
transportation is available.
One way transfer fee is 65 euro + %18 VAT per person. Reservations can be done
through the online registration system, please visit accommodation and
registration page.
GALA DINNER FEE
Gala dinner will be held on 17th of
April at the Sheraton Hotel. The fine dining menu including
unlimited drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) will be served. The capacity is
limited.
Participants who want to buy tickets should visit the registration page.
