Timetable for the exhibition booths
Setting up of exhibits April 14, 2010 from 08:00 till 24:00
Exhibition opening times 8:00 – 19:00 during the congress between 15th - 18th of
April, 2010
Taking down of exhibits April 18, 2010 from 15:00
Exhibition Package
Exhibition Package includes;
- Exhibition Stand Area Rental Fee for 4 days
- One table, chairs, bin and power sockets
Electrical Supply
Please note that all electrical sockets in the exhibition areas will be AC, 220
volts at 50 cycles.
Storage
Storage space will be available at the congress center. Packages arriving prior
to the meeting should be addressed to interium organization. Congress center and
interium organization does not accept any responsibility for packages left for
courier collection after the congress.
Internet & Business Center
The congress venue provides wireless internet connection in all common areas.
For further information and tariff please contact to interium organization
registration desks. Also Fax and Photocopying machines will be available at the
congress venue.
Exhibition Extras
Please contact interium organization for furniture hiring, catering, technical
equipments, cleaning services, etc. Appropriate booking forms will be forwarded
to you after receiving your confirmation.
Stand Personnel
Exhibitors and company representatives must register and pay for EXHIBITOR
IDENTIFICATION BADGES by filling out the form provided together with the
exhibition extras booking forms, indicating the name of the professionals that
will be on duty during the event. Use of the badge is obligatory for access to
the congress.
Hotel Accommodation
The official booking service is being provided by interium organization. Further
details on the hotels and booking, forms are available at www.escvs2010.org . It
is mandatory to pay the outside participants package additional to the congress
registration fee, for those participants and exhibitors who will not stay in the
hotels shown in the system.
